The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you'll ensure our products are always visible, always available, and always creating great experiences for customers. You'll uncover new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive growth across your territory.

This is a quick-paced, field sales role, with daily travel across the Tablelands region, supporting and servicing our customers. Whether you've built your career in sales, retail leadership, store operations or customer-facing environments, this is an opportunity to take your relationship-building and commercial skills into a dynamic external role.

This role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis (24 hours a week).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
- Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customersMonitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success
- Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence

About You





You are results-driven with a solid focus on sales, customer service, and high-quality execution.

In addition, you will be:

- A valid Australian driver's licence holder with a willingness to travel throughout the territory
- A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Organised, strategic, and confident in planning and prioritising work
- A problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunitiesResilient, energetic, and able to thrive through change
- Experienced in retail, FMCG, convenience, hospitality, customer service or sales environments, with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders, and driving results through strong execution
