Administration Officer - Runcorn State High School

About the Role:

This is a wide-ranging and fast-paced role providing customer service and administrative support to staff, students, parents, contractors and visitors.

We are seeking a professional, organised and adaptable team member with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing TRACER bookings and supply teacher arrangements.
- Preparing work for staff supervisions.




- Processing teacher leave in MyHR.
- Maintaining teacher observation and professional development registers.
- Managing the Principal's Data Wall.
- Processing student suspensions and exclusions.
- Completing 5P IDAttend reporting.
- Printing excursion letters.
- Maintaining emergency staff roles.
- De-identifying confidential documents as required.
