A new women's retail store in Northbridge is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of the store and make it their own.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who enjoys building teams, driving sales and creating a strong store culture from the ground up. The perfect candidate is someone who can keep up with a quick-paced environment while maintaining strong operational, customer service and presentation standards.

You will pay a key role in establishing the store, developing the team and driving its success within the local area.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Take full ownership of the stores day-to-day operations and performance
- Lead, coach and develop the team to maximise performance
- Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve commercial results
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations
- Oversee administration, stock management and general store operations
- Analyse store performance and use KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead by example on the shop floor and remain hands-on during busy trading periods
- Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking forward someone who has:





- Previous Store Management or retail leadership experience
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent staff coaching and development skills
- Confidence managing team performance and having difficult conversations when required
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume store
- Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail
- The initiative and drive to build something from the ground up
- A genuine desire to take ownership and make the store their own

This is a rare role, working a Monday-Friday roster with no late night trade or public holidays worked.
