This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a complex, people-focused organisation, advising on a broad range of employment relations, industrial relations, workplace investigations, litigation and regulatory matters. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to provide strategic legal advice on sensitive and high-impact workforce issues, including psychosocial risk management and whistleblower matters.

The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

Demonstrated ability to advise on complex employment and workplace matters

Experience managing employment-related claims, disputes and litigation

Key responsibilities:

Provide legal and strategic advice on complex employment, workplace relations and industrial relations matters

Advise on people-related legal issues, including the management of psychosocial risks and workplace conduct matters

Manage and support employment-related claims, disputes and litigation

Conduct internal investigations and provide legal advice in relation to whistleblower matters

Partner with stakeholders to deliver commercially focused, risk-based legal solutions

Working Arrangements

12-month parental leave cover contract

Full-time preferred, with flexibility available for the right candidate

Hybrid working model, with flexibility around office and remote working arrangements

Commencing approximately October 2026, with potential for an earlier start to facilitate handover periods
