Kalfresh Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production and packing of fresh vegetables. You’ll lead daily operations, coordinate people, plant and schedules, and drive safety, quality and productivity to meet customer and grower expectations.

This role requires you to lead from the front in a quick-paced factory, with a strong emphasis on WHS, continuous improvement and on-time delivery, while developing team members and managing performance
