New Care Services is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our growing team providing community-based care to Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) clients throughout the Mullumbimby region.

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for multiple nursing positions to support DVA-funded clients within the community. Opportunities are available across a range of shifts, including day, evening, and active overnight supports.
Responsibilities may include:
- Respiratory support and monitoring.
- Recognising and responding to signs of deterioration.
- Managing oxygen therapy and other clinical interventions.
- Providing palliative and end-of-life care support.
- Medication administration, including PRN medications.
- Mobility assistance and transfers.
- Continence management.
- Personal care and hygiene support.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Working collaboratively with clients, families,
and healthcare professionals.
Available Shifts
A variety of shifts are available, including:
- Day shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Active overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
Shift times may vary depending on client needs and service requirements.
About You
Registered Nurse Applicants
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
- Experience in community care, aged care, disability support, palliative care, or complex health care.
Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Applicants
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Current Medication Endorsement.
- Experience supporting clients with complex health needs.
Essential Requirements
- Current National Police Check.
- Current First Aid, Basic Life Support, and CPR certification.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- A genuine commitment to person‑centred care.
