Join Roshana Care Group – Turn Your Passion into a Career
Are you ready for a role where you can walk out the door knowing you have changed someone’s day for the better? At Roshana Care Group, we have been proudly caring for older Australians for more than 20 years across Western Australia, Queensland, Current South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria, and we are continuing to grow. Guided by our values of Compassion, Respect, Communication, Teamwork, and Integrity, we do not just provide care – we create real homes and real connections.
About the Facility
Roshana Waterview Aged Care is a 90‑bed, resident‑focused home with attractive outlooks, light‑filled communal areas and spaces designed to encourage interaction between residents, families and staff. The care team works collaboratively, with strong clinical support and a positive culture that recognises and supports staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
We are looking for Aged Carers to join our aged care team at Roshana Waterview Aged Care, in a Part-Time/Casual capacity.
About the Role
As an Aged Carer, you will be the smiling face our residents look forward to seeing. You will support them with day to day living while sharing stories, laughter, and moments that truly matter. This is a fast paced, hands‑on role where no two shifts are the same – ideal if you enjoy staying busy, being on your feet, and making a visible difference.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver warm, respectful personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) in line with each resident’s individual choices and preferences.
- Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines so they can remain as independent as possible
- Bring energy to social, lifestyle, and cultural activities – from music and games to walks and conversations
- Follow individual care plans to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents’ health or condition so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
- Help keep the environment clean, comfortable, and homely
- Support medication routines in line with policy and scope of practice
- Be an active, positive team member who supports and encourages others
What You Will Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or a similar environment is an advantage, but your attitude and values matter most
- A genuine love of working with older people – you enjoy listening, learning, and caring
- Strong communication skills and a calm, caring presence, even on busy days
- Reliability, flexibility, and the confidence to assist where the team needs you
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
Why You Will Love Working with Us
- Real career pathways, with opportunities to grow into senior carer, nursing, lifestyle, or leadership roles
- Ongoing training, mentoring, and opportunities to learn on the job
- Supportive, approachable leaders who listen and support
- A friendly, inclusive team that enjoys working together, celebrates achievements, and supports one another
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support when you need it
- A values driven culture where your ideas are welcomed and your hard work is recognised
Ready to Make a Real Difference?
Our Approach
Your life is yours to live, we’re simply along to support the ride. This is always how we’ve seen our role; to stand beside you on your journey, never leading or pushing you towards a certain goal or lifestyle. That means that a lot of what we do starts with a curiosity to get to know you. We listen and then design a care plan that suits your needs. This mandate extends to all areas of support - from mental health care to aged care and independent living assistance. When it comes to people, being heard is often the most important thing.
