Job Description

As a Service Sales Representative you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, helping them improve uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions.

Supporting customers across mining, industrial and production environments, you will play a key role in helping maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.

n

You will be responsible for:

- Managing and growing an existing customer base
n
- Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer equipment performance
n
- Building trusted, long-term relationships
n
- Conducting regular site visits and engaging face-to-face with customers across your territory
n
- Working closely with service technicians and internal teams
n
- Developing your territory and pipeline
n

About the Candidate

n

- Experience in sales, customer service or account management
n
- A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n




- Commercial thinking and drive to achieve results
n
- Motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment
n
- Highly regarded but not essential: Experience in mining, compressed air, or industrial environments, including HVAC, pumps, or mechanical/electrical systems
n
