The Chance

The Practice Manageris responsible forthe overall operational, clinical, administrative, andfinancial managementof the Oral & Primary Health Care Program.

The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, culturallyappropriate healthservices and holds accountability for staff management, service performance, compliance,



and continuous improvement.

CRUCIAL ELEMENTS TO ROLE:

Following legislative quality standards

Overall HR management

Reporting to funding bodies and internally.

Must haves:

Current Blue Card Holder

Current Drivers Licence

Cultural Competency would be highly desirable

Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19

Minimum two years’ experience in a health clinic

Certificate IV in Business/Medical Administration//Health Administration highly desirable
