Maintenance Co-Ordinator - Property Management Department

We are looking for an organised, confident and people focused Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our busy Property Management team.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys administration, problem solving and communicating with people, and who likes being the person who keeps things moving.

Property Management experience or general maintenance experience would be highly regarded, however, it is not essential. If you have excellent administration and computer skills, strong communication skills and can confidently manage a busy workload, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As our Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with our landlords, tenants, property management team and contractors to co-ordinate maintenance and repairs across our rental portfolio.

You will be responsible for keeping everyone informed, following jobs through from beginning to end and ensuring maintenance is handled efficiently and professionally.

Our office is busy, but we have invested heavily in excellent software and systems that help streamline the maintenance process, improve communication and take much of the traditional stress out of managing repairs.

Your Day will Include:

- Receiving and co-ordinating maintenance requests
- Communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging quotes, approvals and works
- Following up outstanding maintenance and ensuring jobs are completed
- Keeping accurate notes and records within our software systems




- Providing regular updates so our clients and tenants know what is happening
- Working closely with our Property Management team
- Helping identify urgent matters and prioritising jobs appropriately
- General administration associated with property maintenance
- Site inspections on completion of projects

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Has strong administration and organisational skills
- Is a confident and professional communicator
- Enjoys dealing with people and building relationships
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Is proactive and comfortable following things up
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new software
- Can remain calm and solution focused in a busy environment
- Works well as part of a team
- Takes ownership of their role and follows tasks through to completion

Previous property management, real estate, maintenance coordination or trade administration experience would be an advantage, but the right attitude, communication skills and organisational ability are just as important to us.
