About the role

Work closely with the HR Manager and a close-knit HR team todeliver high-quality services across the school. This full-time,continuing role offers genuine breadth across recruitmentadministration, onboarding, employee records, compliance andpayroll support. It provides an ideal foundation for someonelooking to grow their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records and support HRISadministration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, Blue Card andcompliance processes
- Prepare routine staff correspondence and manage the HRinbox
- Provide administrative support for payroll enquiries andgeneral HR operations
- Deliver responsive, confidential support to staff,candidates and the school community

Role Requirements

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Robust administrative and organisational skills with highattention to detail
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills withsound judgement
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and HR/workforcemanagement systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintainingconfidentiality
- Current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (orability to obtain one)
- Approval to work in Australia
