Tyagarah Turf is seeking a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic Turf Operations Team Member to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, shows initiative, and is keen to learn all aspects of turf production and farm operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

- Turf harvesting and preparation
- Mowing and turf maintenance
- Machinery operation
- Assisting with irrigation, fertilising and spraying
- General farm operations
- HC/HR truck driving and turf deliveries
- Opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the business

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- HC license preferred, not essential for someone eager and willing to learn

Previous turf industry experience is an advantage but not essential. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing business.

Part time up to 35 hours a week, could lead to a full time position for the right person.
