Regis is seeking a permanent full time Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical care across our aged care homes in Queensland. You will own care planning, assess and document clinical needs, and deliver person-centred support in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will monitor resident health, manage clinical risks, and contribute to governance and quality initiatives while building team capability and ensuring best practice across the Home.
