Westfund is looking for a data-driven Marketing Campaigns Officer to join the Brand, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team. As the Marketing Campaigns Officer, you will assist with the development and execution of all acquisition and retention campaigns for Westfund, across all major online and offline consumer channels.
Key Tasks
- Participate in building strategies for customer acquisition, growth and retention campaigns that target key areas of growth and attrition.
- Support ongoing efficiencies within the marketing team through automation, data analysis and optimisations.
- Understand the marketing ROI and make recommendations based on this understanding
- General marketing support.
- Play an active role with the day-to-day management of our media marketing agency.
- Be aware of industry trends and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement.
Skills & experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with multichannel multiagency paid media campaigns to help drive growth
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, digital media preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare)
- Campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, including ATL and digital.
- Marketing and media planning,
analytics and reporting
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Martech exposure, including CRM and marketing automation, market segmentation, customer insights and personalisation tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands and expectations.
- Ability to build relationships across the organisation
- A strong cultural alignment to a values-based organisation
