We're partnering with a well-established boutique strata business in the Ryde region that is looking for a Senior Strata Manager to join their growing team.

This is more than just another portfolio management role. You'll have genuine autonomy, the prospect to mentor a junior team member and a clear pathway towards stepping into a leadership position.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a manageable portfolio of approximately 40 buildings and 600 lots, working closely with owners and committees while providing a high level of service.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

- Manage your own portfolio with genuine autonomy and support.
- Build strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and support a Junior Strata Manager.
- Contribute ideas and improvements as the business continues to grow.
- Work closely with leadership and play an important role within the wider team.




- Progress towards a genuine office leadership opportunity.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Strata Manager who is confident managing their own portfolio and is ready for greater responsibility.

You’ll ideally have:

- Solid experience managing strata portfolios in NSW.
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to mentor and support junior team members.
- A genuine interest in progressing into leadership.
