About the Role
- Welcome patients and provide a calm, professional first impression
- Manage phones, emails and appointment bookings
- Support sleep physicians, dentist, psychologist and technicians with daily workflow
- Process referrals, Medicare claims and payments
- Coordinate patient paperwork and follow‑up communication
- Maintain a tidy, efficient reception area
- Assist with general admin tasks as the clinic grows
About You
- Quick Learner - applications from those with minimal experience in the field are welcome
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using digital systems
- Calm, friendly and patient‑focused
- Reliable, organised and a supportive team player
