Suncare Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide in-home and community care in Brisbane suburbs including Moggill, Kenmore, St Lucia, Enoggera and Mitchelton.
You will deliver care tailored to each person’s needs, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities, and help with daily tasks. A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with First Aid, CPR and a National Criminal History Check encouraged.
