Suncorp in Sydney or Brisbane is seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our Claims Operations team. The role provides essential operational, administrative and customer service support to Personal Injury Claims teams, helping deliver positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
You'll assist with lodgement, respond to inquiries, manage documentation and co-ordinate activities to enable efficient claims processing and superior customer service. This is a full time 5-month contract.
