Experienced Field Equipment Operators

AUSCOIL is an Australian owned oil and gas well services company. Operating out of Charlton, Toowoomba, we provide a wide range of productive well intervention, production enhancement, cementing and coiled tubing services to numerous oil and gas operating companies. We are a specialist team and have built a reputation on safety, efficiency, reliability, and innovation, which include the development and implementation of new technologies.

What are we looking for?

Due to growth in our operations, we are seeking applications for the position of Experienced Field Equipment Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who have industry experience and want to work for a supportive and progressive company. In return, we offer a 15/13 roster, permanent employment, base salary + field & yard bonuses and on the job training and development. To be considered for the role, candidates must be able to show:





- A current HR or MC open drivers’ license, with driving experience;
- A minimum of 3+ year’s experience in either Coil, Frac, Nitrogen or Cementing;
- An in-depth understanding of lease operations in relevant expertise area (for example: Coil hydraulics, pump maintenance, nitrogen theory and properties and / or slurry designs and on the job calculations);
- CSG Industry site inductions (i.e. Permit to Work Rev3, SkillPass, industry safety inductions, etc.) advantageous;
- Highest approach to Safety in everything you do;
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team;
- Live in, near, or happy to relocate to Toowoomba advantageous.
