Job Description

Salesforce is seeking a Swarm Lead for APAC Support Engineers to own after-hours customer experience and lead urgent incidents on an enterprise cloud platform. You will coordinate swarms, mentor teammates, and drive fastest resolutions across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with engineers, duty managers, and frontline managers to ensure accurate information is shared during critical events, while expanding knowledge content and enabling team growth in a quick-paced global environment.
