Health in Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a Community Support Worker for its casual pool to deliver in-home and community-based care. You will assist with personal care, nutrition, hygiene and mobility while working with a multidisciplinary team to adapt care plans.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability, have robust communication skills and be able to work flexibly across locations, including Port Pirie, within the Mid North region.
