Accounts Officer | Construction Industry

Our client is a growing and successful construction business based in Bulimba and, due to continued growth, is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm prospect, offering an immediate start and the chance to secure a long-term position with a business that genuinely values its employees. In a growth phase you will have the opportunity to add value through process improvements and streamlining.

About the Role

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable and collections
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Processing supplier and customer invoices
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- General accounts administration and support

About You

- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Officer role
- Solid reconciliation experience and experience using Xero




- Construction Industry experience highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
