Your key responsibilities will include providing general administrative support to the team, managing purchase orders and invoices, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining SharePoint and document management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Administer and maintain the contract register
- Assist with day-to-day purchasing and inventory administration
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Send and fulfil orders
- Monitor purchase order status and provide updates
- Record and confirm receipt of goods and services
- Process invoices
About you
- 2–3 years' experience in an administration, purchasing, inventory, accounts or procurement support role
- Good communication skills and approachable
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Valuable sense of urgency and able to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable with routine and repetitive administrative work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Comfortable learning and working with SharePoint and other internal systems
- Neat, organised and safety-conscious approach to work
- Reliable and willing to support the wider team
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided
