As a Disability Support Worker, you will support participants in a SIL (Supported Independent Living) home and in the community, providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship.
Key responsibilities
- Support participants in a SIL (Supported Independent Living) home and in the community
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship
- Assist with community access, appointments, and daily activities
- Support participants with psychosocial disabilities including anxiety, schizophrenia, ABI and TBI
- Encourage independence, routine, and confidence
Work versatile casual shifts (weekdays and some weekends)
