This role involves supporting tenants to sustain their housing and build tenancy skills, making a tangible difference in their lives. About the Role

You will manage a caseload of tenants, providing tailored support and casework within a strengths-based, client-centered framework. Your work will focus on assisting individuals to maintain their tenancies and develop the skills needed for long-term housing stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with tenants to assess their needs and develop personalised support plans
- Provide ongoing tenancy and life skills support to assist clients in maintaining their housing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate services




- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet tenants' evolving needs
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in accordance with organisational protocols

What You'll Bring

Essential

- Relevant qualification in social work, community services, or a related field
- Experience in tenancy support, case management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Australian Working with Children Check and/or relevant clearances

Desirable

- Previous experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations
- Knowledge of tenancy laws and housing policies in Victoria
