The Prospect

n

An exciting opportunity is now available to join a dynamic team of Allied Health and Physiotherapist professionals at Royal Freemasons in the Home Care team that supports CHSP, HCP, and Private Clients.

n

We currently have shifts available Monday, Wednesday and Friday ( Week 1 and Week 2) -9:00am- 5:00pm.

n

You will be responsible for providing expert community care to clients within their own Home Care or in our Wellness Centre.

n

You will have to opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated Allied Health and Home Care team to provide a holistic approach to health and care.

n

Qualifications, knowledge and requirements required for the role:

n

n
- Certificate level 4 in AHA or higher qualification
n
- Understanding of client-centred care and community health principles




n
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to relate effectively to a diverse client group, including people with dementia
n
- Capacity to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
n
- Experience in the allied health and/or community health sectorOther requirements
n
- Hold a current Full Australian Driver Licence
n
- Have a valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
- Vaccinations against COVID-19 and and flu vaccinations are highly encouraged
