About the role

- Managing front desk phone systems and handling all client interactions with care
- Hands on management of social media planning, creation and roll out
- Aiding property management department with administrations tasks - company will teach you!
- Management of entire key register process and trades management
- General office duties to ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times
- Handling mail distribution throughout office

Skills and experience

- Previous administration experience highly favoured
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration highly favoured or a willingness to obtain
