AFCA is the Australian financial ombudsman. We are seeking a Change Manager to support the Scams EDR program, planning, executing and embedding change, assessing impacts and enabling adoption of recent processes and technology across the organisation.
This hands-on role requires experience in end-to-end change delivery, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate across cross-functional environments within a not‑for‑profit setting.
