Lagardère AWPL is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead and shape culinary operations across multiple outlets in our new Sunshine Coast Airport venues. You will blend hands-on leadership with robust commercial and operational capability to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency and safety at scale.
You will manage a team of 15–20, drive menu development, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and security requirements while collaborating with the Executive Chef and General
