Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Continuing Care Team with extended hours in the South region (Clarence & Eastern Districts). This permanent, full time position delivers specialist mental health nursing, case management and crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team, including after-hours support for clients with serious and enduring mental illness.
