Australian Venue Co. in Apollo Bay is seeking a capable Duty Manager to lead front-line teams across food, beverage, gaming and events, supervising shifts, coaching staff and ensuring exceptional guest service.

You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, cellar operations and venue security, while supporting training, onboarding, rostering and performance management to hit labour and operational targets. A agile, coastal hospitality setting awaits.
