About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our Lobby Bar team on a full-time basis. You will create exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our guests while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing and presenting exceptional coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Delivering warm, engaging and personalised guest service
- Maintaining coffee equipment, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting the wider Lobby Bar team to ensure seamless daily operations

About You

You are passionate about coffee, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. To be successful, you will have:





- Previous barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong coffee knowledge, including extraction, milk texturing and latte art
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to teamwork
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- A current RSA certificate
- Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
