With offices across Blacktown, Blue Mountains, Chatswood, North Sydney, Norwest, Penrith, Macarthur and Wetherill Park, this is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team that prides itself on providing highly professional and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lease preparation, negotiation of new leases, market reviews, and options
- Arrears collection, rent reviews, and outgoings reconciliations
- Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
- Managing repairs, maintenance, and renovations/make-goods
- Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Advising clients on value-add property investment strategies
- Managing and administering an existing portfolio of commercial properties
- Supporting the team in negotiating current leases, market reviews, and options
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants





Qualifications and Skills:

- Real Estate Certificate or License (mandatory)
- Experience in residential or commercial property management
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Experience with Re-Leased preferred but not essential
- Valid driver’s license and own motor vehicle required
- A satisfactory police check will be required for the successful candidate
