We’re seeking enthusiastic, experienced Care Support Workers to join our (LGA NEWCASTLE) teams. You’ll help older adults live independently at home with dignity, choice, and a little bit of fun!

- L3 Qualified (Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care Required)
- Care Support Workers available Monday to Friday - Options for Permanent Part Time or Casual

About the Role

What’s on Offer

- Casual opportunities: Level 3 – $45.29/hr + super
- Permanent Part time:



Level 3 - $36.23/hr + super
- Vehicle allowance: $1.05/km

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) – required for L3 applicants
- Valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability
- Good organisational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
