We are seeking an commercially driven Club Manager to take full ownership of one of our premium facilities. This leadership role suited to someone who has successfully led sales teams, managed operations at scale, and thrives in rapid-paced, growth-focused environments.

As Club Manager, you will take full accountability for revenue, sales leadership, operational excellence, and member retention in a highly hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive membership growth and revenue performance.
- Lead sales activity, KPIs, and team performance.
- Oversee daily club operations, standards,



and compliance.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
- Deliver exceptional member experience and retention.
- Maintain accurate reporting and use data to drive results.

What We’re Looking For

- Club Manager or Sales Manager looking to progress into a new and more senior role.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Solid operational management experience within fitness or premium service environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting performance data.
- Sound knowledge of gym equipment, group training, and wellness offerings.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
