We provide support with all necessary training and offer plenty of opportunities to exploredifferent partsof the business, as well as expand product knowledge and build confidence in a hands-on and engaging environment. Our store is also partnered with Ultra Beauty, offering a larger range of luxury lines that appeal to both staff and customers!

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant,a typical daymight look like:

- Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
- Assistcustomers with general queries
- Replenish stock andmaintaininventory levels
- Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
- Settingup displays for catalogue promotions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn
- Strong communicationskills with all stakeholders
- S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
