Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Peggy with LR licence to work in remote NT on a 3/1 roster.
- Maintain cleanliness of ablutions, crib and office facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laydown area and equipment on a daily basis.
- Escort deliveries, escort plant movements, unloading of deliveries, manage delivery documentation and material storage.
- Escorting light vehicles and trucks around site
- Stock‑take and ordering of consumables
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
- Issuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management System
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers and returns
- Ensuring freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain to site
- Checking and receipting goods in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring MSDSs are processed according to procedure
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed
- Driving of Bus to transport other personnel and crew to and from airport.
Qualifications
- White Card
- Light Rigid Licence or higher (highly desirable)
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated success within a fast‑paced and flexible setting
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to liaise with individuals at all levels
- A positive attitude to work and desire to "get the job done"
- Have previously worked on sites/familiar with site’s lifestyle
