Uniting Victoria is seeking a Key Worker to deliver individualised and adaptable case management for children and young people in Targeted Care Packages (TCPs). The role covers placement options including foster care, kinship care, lead tenant, independent living, or family home.

This part-time, maximum-term position runs through 14 February 2027 with potential to transition to full-time. You will work with carers and children, utilise Microsoft Office, and ensure safe environments, with salary
