We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Western Australia on a casual basis.

This role will involve providing high‑quality clinical care to clients in their homes, supporting their health and wellbeing, and completing comprehensive clinical assessments and care plan reviews.

A company vehicle is available for client visits , and the successful candidate will be required to report to our WA office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and care plan reviews.
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Perform clinical procedures and treatments as required.
- Manage and monitor wounds, catheters, PEGs and PICC lines.
- Provide enteral feeding and PEG site care.
- Support clients with diabetes management and pressure injury prevention and management.
- Provide dementia and palliative care support.
- Administer medications and provide appropriate clinical interventions within your scope of practice.
- Identify, document and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, families, support workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Contribute to the development and review of client care plans.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing high‑quality care in the community.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.




- Current and unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes for community visits.
- Ability to report to our WA office.
- Strong communication, organisation and clinical documentation skills.

- Position: Casual Registered Nurse

- Pay Rate: As advertised
- Company vehicle: Available for client visits
