Bamara is seeking a passionate Mentor to join the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team in Queensland. You will support people with disability to build confidence and achieve employment goals through personalised mentoring and ongoing guidance.
You will work closely with participants and employers to develop workplace skills, address barriers, and monitor progress, ensuring services meet program requirements and policies.
