South Western Sydney Local Health District at Liverpool Hospital is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to support Haematology and CAR-T cell therapy services. You will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to haematology inpatients, including CAR-T therapy, contribute to service development, quality improvement and education.
You will lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure protected, effective, patient-centered medication management across the service.
