At The Y WA, you’ll play an important role in supportingchildren to grow in body, mind and spirit across our OSHC servicesthroughout WA.
We’re currently looking for a qualified OSHC Educator to joinour service in the heart of Kalgoorlie, WA, on a permanentpart-time contract with a minimum of 20 hours per fortnight.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll build long-lasting relationships with your new OSHC teamand our special little ones during before school and after schoolcare. You’ll support the supervisor by implementing effectiveservice programs, monitoring behaviour and ratios,
while buildingpositive relationships with the children and their parents. Plus,enjoy having one of the most enjoyable day jobs on offer, with ourregular activities, incursions, and excursions, that make being atY OSHC a hit with kids and educators alike
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- Hold an ACECQA approved CERT III or Cert IV from arecognised institution in OSHC or a degree or diploma in EarlyChildhood Education/Teaching or equivalent
- Hold a manual driver’s license
- Be able to work 2 hours a day as a minimum.
- Have implemented programs for 4-to-12-year olds
- Have a passion to inspire primary aged children to developand learn
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
- Can obtain the necessary First Aid certifications
