Ventia is seeking a confident SHEQ Advisor to lead safety on a critical defence infrastructure project at Amberley RAAF Base. You will review safety plans, coach teams, and ensure protected delivery across all phases of construction.

This hands-on role requires strong stakeholder engagement, audits, and incident investigations, with ongoing opportunities to grow in OH&S; within Ventia's diverse sector teams.
