You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for all centre-based roles, drive creative sourcing strategies, and deliver a gold-standard experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You’ll bring to the table:

Several years’ experience in high volume recruitment and a knack for connecting people

A curious mind, a positive outlook and a can-do attitude

Multi-tasking magic – you are highly organised and balance competing priorities, summed up – you get it done right!

Reliability, accountability, and a team-first outlook

Safety first mindset – compliance, governance, and safeguarding standards matter

Current QLD or VIC- Working with Children Check/ Blue card or willingness to obtain one

Willing to obtain a Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
