Social Futures is a leading community service organisation based in Nowra, NSW. The Program Worker for Family connect in schools (FCIS) will deliver high-quality services to families and children accessing Catholic Schools, joining the Family Connect in Schools team on a part time basis in Nowra.
You will support vulnerable children and their families, work within school policies, and help provide intake, referrals and case management to improve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
