Tamworth Jockey Club is seeking an experienced General Manager to run our day-to-day operations, grow our commercial performance and deliver the race days our members, owners and community love. You will own the budget, lead governance, safety and regulatory compliance, plan and deliver race meetings and major events, and build a high-performing team across administration, racecourse, bar and catering.

Reporting directly to the Board, you will shape strategic growth and partner with Racing NSW
