Duty Manager – CYCA, Rushcutters Bay

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong floor-management and leadership skills
- Experience managing staffing levels, recruitment, and retention
- Ability to manage FOH costs effectively
- Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
- Creative, solution-focused, and team-oriented
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Previous experience preferred (especially for bartenders and waitstaff)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Well-presented with excellent guest engagement skills




- Collaborative and team-focused

- Availability to work 5 days across a 7-day roster
- Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience preferred in fine dining (especially for bartenders and waitstaff)
