This is a permanent full-time position for a skilled and versatile maintenance skilled to join the team at Eleebana Shores, a premium retirement community. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, functional and well-presented community.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections of village buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
- Plan and carry out preventative maintenance
- Engage and manage external trades and services
- Advise on and assist with refurbishment works when required
- Contribute to asset management planning and assist in identifying opportunities for asset improvement and lifecycle replacement
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order updates
- Exterior cleaning, including pressure washing and home detailing
- Routine equipment care and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while actively promoting a safe and healthy work environment

About you

- Practical experience in construction trades, building maintenance and asset management
- The flexibility to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
- Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use a mobile app to receive and complete work orders




- The ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including manual handling and outdoor work activities
- A current C-Class Driver's Licence
- Australian citizenship or unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card) – desirable
- Working at Heights Permit – desirable
- Current Police Check – must have or be willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate – must have or be willing to obtain
