Where you'll be working

Located at Cumberland Hospital, you’ll join the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Team. You’ll be part of a collaborative, service-focused setting supporting recruitment across a diverse and essential health service.

Support recruitment activity across a large and dynamic health district.

What you’ll be doing

- Process high-volume recruitment actions accurately and within established service standards and KPIs.
- Provide responsive recruitment support and guidance to candidates,



hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment systems, records and documentation to support data quality, compliance and audit requirements.
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements to help new employees commence successfully.
- Identify recruitment issues, resolve transactional matters and contribute to improvements in processes and candidate experience.
