As a Business Development Manager at VA4U Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This full-time position is WFH and office based in Manly, QLD 4179, and will see you leading the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to expand VA4U's client base.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities

Qualifying potential clients and understanding their unique needs and challenges

Developing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure new business

Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and actively managing the sales process

Accurately forecasting sales and providing regular performance reports to management

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the sales industry / real estate industry or similar

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients





Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition

Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
